How do I find my license number?

Open DPI and go to Help → About. Your license number is displayed there.

I forgot to download my license file after purchase. What do I do?

Email us at support@deep-pattern-investigation.com with your PayPal order ID. We'll resend your license within 24 hours.

Can I use DPI on multiple computers?

Yes! Each license can be used on up to 3 computers. If you need more, contact us.

My credits disappeared after reinstalling. Help!

Credits are tied to your license, not your installation. Make sure you're using the same license file. Contact support if you need assistance.

Is my medical information secure?

Yes. Your medical records are processed and anonymized on your computer before any AI analysis. Only anonymized data is sent for analysis. Your original records stay on your machine. See our privacy policy.

Can DPI diagnose medical conditions?

No. DPI is not a medical device. It's a research tool that helps you organize and understand medical information. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical advice.

Do you offer phone support?

Currently, we offer email support only. This allows us to provide thoughtful, detailed responses and keep costs low for users.

Can you help me interpret my medical records?

We provide technical support for the DPI application. We cannot provide medical advice or interpretation. DPI's AI analysis feature can help identify patterns, but always consult your healthcare provider.
