DPI is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use DPI for personal use.
All intellectual property rights in DPI, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, user interface design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of IT-ORDI-Solutions LLC.
The PivotScore™ algorithm and Deep Pattern Investigation methodology are proprietary to IT-ORDI-Solutions LLC.

DPI is not a HIPAA-covered entity or Business Associate. The software is intended to operate using anonymized or de-identified data.
DPI is not designed for the direct handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
When AI analysis features are enabled, anonymized input data may be transmitted to external AI providers such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI or OpenAI LLC. Microsoft Azure offers a HIPAA-eligible service configuration and is recommended for users handling regulated health data.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of DPI and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or use of DPI shall be resolved in the courts located in Tennessee.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and IT-ORDI-Solutions LLC regarding DPI and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
